RETURN POLICY


Assuming customer over orders and or orders wrong product SKU:  Full Credit to be issued with No Restock charge assuming product sent back to PDI Communication Inc (PDI) in original condition and at customer expense. If individual unit (or less then 10 units) coming back to PDI then then they must be shipped inside a second card board box and or or outer protective carton. 

 

Assuming Defective item: Call PDI at 1-800-242-1606 and ask for Customer Service. Once detailed and verifiable information of the defect is provided, they will help arrange the return and arrange for a replacement.
